Master Black Belt is the senior-most qualification in Lean Six Sigma, covering the methodology at the depth expected of enterprise improvement strategists, Belt community leaders and senior change programme directors. This live virtual classroom programme teaches the Master Black Belt body of knowledge with practical application to real enterprise-scale improvement challenges.
Who should attend
